Our Upholstery Cleaning Process

We employ best practices during each stage of the upholstery cleaning process, so you have peace of mind that your furniture is getting the care it deserves. Once our professional cleaners arrive at your home at the time of your appointment, we proceed through the following steps:

Inspection – When we arrive at your home, we carefully examine the piece(s) of furniture you want us to clean. We evaluate their condition and determine the type of fabric. We also identify any stains or discoloration that need treatment, so we can give them special attention.

Cleaning – We start with a thorough vaccum to remove debris, followed by a pre-treatment that breaks up dirt and melts any grease. Next we agitate with special hand tools to get deeper lying dirt out. Finally the magic happens with our hot water extraction process that removes soil, residue, and odor from your furniture fabric.

Drying – Your upholstery needs to dry before you can enjoy your freshly cleaned furniture. We help along the process with large dryers, so you can enjoy your furniture again within a few hours. We also use fiber brushes to groom the fibers back to their normal position.

Deodorize & Protect – Before we leave your home, our professionals do a final inspection of the furniture we cleaned for you to ensure any spots or stains are removed, your piece looks like new, and you are completely satisfied. At your request, we can treat your upholstery with additional deodorizer and/or a solution to protect your fabric from spots and stains until your next cleaning.
