Our Carpet Cleaning Process in Kennewick

We employ best practices during each stage of the carpet cleaning process, so you have peace of mind that your carpets are getting the care they deserve. Once our professional cleaners arrive at your home at the time of your appointment, we proceed through the following steps:

Walkthrough – When we arrive at your home, our professionals walk with you through your carpeted areas, so we can evaluate the condition of your carpet, determine the type of carpet you have, and identify any high traffic areas and stains that need our special attention.

Cleaning – We start with a thorough vaccum to remove debris, followed by a pre-treatment that breaks up dirt and melts any grease. Next we agitate with a special rotating brush to get deeper lying dirt out. Finally the magic happens with our hot water extraction process that removes residue and protects your carpets from future stains.

Drying – Your carpet needs to dry for at least a few hours before you can return to normal use. We use commercial fans and drying procedures to speed up the drying process, so you can enjoy your clean and fresh carpet as soon as possible.

Inspection – Before we leave your home, our professionals complete a final inspection to ensure all your stains have been removed and your carpet has been cleaned to our standards. This also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions and make sure you’re happy with the results.

Carpet Cleaning Questions From Kennewick Customers

My carpet has wrinkles and needs cleaning — can you do both in one visit?

Yes. Stretching and cleaning are often done together in Kennewick homes: we power-stretch first, then steam clean, so the carpet is tight and clean in a single appointment.

Do you move furniture?

We move light furniture (chairs, coffee tables, small items) and put it back when we’re done. For heavy pieces like beds and large entertainment centers, we’ll clean around them or help you plan what to shift before we arrive.
