The carpet cleaning is unmatched and they were able to bring back carpet that I never thought would look good again. What amazing customer service, timely support, thoughtful answers to all my questions and best of all - results! We had a leak with our toilet and the overflow flooded a bit into our bedroom and Irving came out asap and saved the day and let us know we’d have to dry out the carpet and flooring to avoid mold - which I didn’t even know about as the flooded water was hidden but his equipment showed where things needed to be dried and he got to work, he then replaced the padding, cleaned the carpet and made our room look better than before! I would not have known we were at risk for mold (we have little kids so I worry about a healthy home!!) unless I went with Irving - hire him for sure - he’ll do a great job and help restore your home and carpet smoothly!
