We employ best practices during each stage of the tile & grout cleaning process, so you have peace of mind that your tile is getting the care it deserves. Once our professional cleaners arrive at your home at the time of your appointment, we proceed through the following steps:

Walkthrough – We walk throughout your home so you can show us what needs to be done. We evaluate your tile & grout, and once we identify the materials, we can make the best choice of which cleaning solutions to use for your floor.

Protecting Your Things – Our professional hard surface cleaners make every effort to protect your appliances, cupboards, walls, carpet, and anything else near your hard surfaces. We cover appliances with plastic, protect baseboards, and use ample drop cloths to avoid causing damage to your walls and floors.

Cleaning and Sealing – We apply our chosen environmentally friendly cleaner based on the type of floor you have. Then we agitate with hard rotating brushes and manually brush hard to reach places. Finally we rinse and extract with our special hot water extraction tool. We highly recommend allowing us to seal your tile to to prevent permanent stains that could be difficult to remove in the future.

Inspection – We do a final inspection to ensure we didn’t miss a spot and you are satisfied with the results. This also provides an opportunity for you to ask any final questions.
